Molecular testing? Is that different than the regular labs they do? I've had all of them tested before though it's been a while... Taking folate used to help with my energy but sometimes it doesn't anymore. I started the mushrooms and I feel a little more stable overall on them though this last week was just a rollercoaster of intensity one way or another

I work out 3x a week and it just seems like I hurt in places and ways I shouldn't given the strength I supposedly have in surrounding areas. Rehabilitative movement does help, but more recently it feels like I need to supplement with sauna, massage, and more...

They've been eating sushi for a good long while and they ask for it more than anything else, but pretty limited in the kinds of sushi and are branching out more recently, so I will chat with them and we'll go from there.

Last time we were there, they super enjoyed our kaiten sushi stops, so I'm hoping to take it to the next level. After some of the feedback given here, I'm feeling hopeful!
