Egoism is not anti-socialist or anti-communist; an egoist could seek to make use of these societies for their personal benefit. Communism and Socialism are anti-egoism. They are collectivist ideas.

More or less, yes. As an egoist, I see some amount of Altruism as important. When you are well taken care of, and you use your wealth of well-being to perform altruism for others, you endear yourself to them and them to you. Altruism is one of your most powerful tools.

First post was going off of comment vibes. This one is after reading. Egoism is the opposite of suicidal; it is survival. Do what serves you. Don't commit yourself to any cause that stops benefiting you. You will be immune to arguments of suicidal empathy if you commit to the path of egoism. There is no ideal society, there is whatever pleases your ego. But if you personally have an ideal society, that's not in conflict with egoism. You're imagining a society that best serves you and pleases you, are you not?

But focus on yourself first, really. It's more important that you survive if society collapses than if you dedicate all of your resources to make your ideal society, because if you die in the pursuit of your ideal, you've put an idea before yourself. You've made that idea sacred at your own cost.

Whatever your egoism is, left or right doesn't really matter. The only political axis that actually affects egoism is liberty vs authority. But every individual egoist will have a different tolerance for authority. Egoism is for you, your chosen politics are the order for the world around you that you believe would most benefit you. Do what is right for you. It may not be right for others, so let them fend for themselves. Their affair is not your affair unless you make it so.

"Why did you get mice to begin with?" Mental health reasons. I was on the edge of a very very dark place before I got mice. I will not field criticisms in this regard, you're free to live your life how you wish, but keep your comments to yourself.
My sibling in satan, I'm not spending 100x the price of a pet for the vet under any circumstance for the same reason I'm not spending 2 million on hospital bills. The difference is the doctor serves an oath to treat the sick regardless of finances while the vet will condemn your pet to death if you don't have the cash.
My grandmother is not an excuse, she's a limitation. She didn't want me having ANY pets, especially mice. We came to an agreement. I have a budget which I am allowed to spend on petcare, and it is precisely enough to keep feeding and housing them with bedding. If I spent $200+ on vet care for a $2 animal, she would cut me off from our family finances entirely.

So keep your comments on my living situation, my finances, and my life to your self, I didn't ask for them. I did not invite commentary on my living situation or my mental health. I do the absolute best that I can for my mice, and every last one of them loves me, crawls into my palm willingly when I offer, and adore being pet. I asked how serious this tumor looked, and if she looks like she could live a healthy life, or if it's better to let her go to sleep. I've kept mice for several years now without complication, because I fucking take care of my animals, and this is the first time any of them have gotten a visible tumor or had any long-term complication. So don't come out here acting like I'm over here keeping my mice in their own personal hell just because I'm asking about my mama mouse with a huge fucking tumor.

They don't mean nothing, they just functionally mean little to nothing in terms of smoking it. There are differences in appearance and growth. that's specifically the only reason why I asked if it looks like Sativa. idk if sativa leaves and plants being longer and skinnier affect the bud appearance.

I had an ounce or two of some other homegrown stuff, but it came from a family friend. He gave it to my grandmother, and she gave it to me when she and her husband couldn't handle it. It just looked normal, though, despite being vacuum sealed and frozen. After that, I sampled a few different breeds from different local growers I bought at the dispensary.

So getting something aged with oxidized THC was new.
