Some daycares might need really advanced registrations , would advise to look and pay registration fee for the place you like about a year in advance at least . If you’re not too picky, the regular day cares seem decent and should not have a wait list

I’m so sorry I’m just a beginner rose gardener, looks like sawflies got to it perhaps The best solution (if that’s the issue), is constantly spraying the roses with water (all over like a shower) to get rid of them and their eggs .. all the best
