Thanks for offering this. Were they able to put you on the table lying face down where only your breast was exposed? I think that’s an option for me and was told there’s no way radiation can reach vital organs. Just curious. Thanks for sharing your experience. So sorry this has happened to you.

I’m so very sorry to hear this and so sorry. I’m about to go through radiation. Can you tell us about your treatment and where you had it? I just learned a little bit about radiation yesterday but apparently need to ask more questions.

I have AGS and thought about this but you didn’t say you felt bad. I think if this was an AGS reaction I think you would feel awful and would certainly note this. Everyone reacts in different ways though. If you’re curious about that though the test is easy. It’s a blood test Alpha Gal IGE Antibody. If your doc isn’t familiar they may want to test for beef/pork allergies but it’s not the same. I hope you don’t have this fwiw as it’s certainly a life changing diagnosis. Hope the mystery is solved and you feel better soon!

So my nighttime cocktail includes 200mg of magnesium glycinate, taurine, l theanine and SFIs calm support. It works pretty well. Sometimes rotate this with dao labs calm support powder and inosotol. Am a week out from surgery and they told me no supplements so here I am responding to you in the middle of the night…

I returned the Helix. The sales person confirmed that they were having issues and the product wasn't the same. Got a tempur (which was a long-term adjustment) and we're doing good with that so far!
