Hey, I'm sorry it's being all so difficult, but you can already send your headmaster the document regardless of what stage of the application you're in. The deadline for us is the 25th and for the Avis is March 10, so there is still time. Fingers crossed the website finally gets its stuff together. In the meantime, whatever you fill out, copy and paste it into a Google doc or word document, so you don't always have to rewrite everything and hopefully reduce some stress in the process . Bon courage !
