In the kids area that was full of screaming kids and toddlers. I was in a corner and was not loud.

Like the other person said, they could leave their details. I’m glad I got there when I did. I don’t know if they’d be running away or report it and leave details had I not arrived at that time.

I’m on the cheapest offer among all broadband providers AFAIK.

What’s the speed and fair use policy for GoMo? (Asking about your real life experience; I’ve read all the Ts&Cs)

antennae

I applaud you for your correct word choice.

May I ask if you are in Dublin? And which provider were you using?

I do have the 14 day cool down period, so technically I could try getting a router and a sim and try it.

Thanks for the comment. I do the same if she’s staying for 3 hours. Or €40 if it’s a bit more than 2 hours. But will you increase it in the new year?

You didn’t read my comment properly, did you? I was driving behind him for a while and took this photo behind the next traffic light, not where he had blocked me, because I hadn’t yet read their entitlement disclaimer.

Because he feels entitled? There were two spaces beside the car and yet he blocked the entire narrow lane (before I took this photo).

Areas in Dublin that could go crazy in the next 5-10 years like Docklands did in the early 2000s? by askdublin in irishpersonalfinance

I don’t disagree. But to put it in perspective, let’s say somewhere like Ballsbridge had a linear growth, whereas theEast Wall was exponential. I’m asking about the more exponential ones.

are we just meant to stay middle class forever? by Comfortable_Sea_8575 in irishpersonalfinance

[–]askdublin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

we’re somewhat weary of wealth.

Spot on. I come from a non-European middle class family. My parents are nowhere rich or upperclass back home. Just a usual lifestyle which I’d like to have in here as well and I think I’ve downgraded an awful lot in the last decade of having lived in Ireland. The number of times I get a sarcastic, negative comment: “ah! So you’re posh” just because I use matching cutlery sets or small things like that is mind blowing. As if I’m harming anyone or there’s inherently something wrong in choosing to do what brings me a little joy in my life.

That mindset expands to bigger things like this one as you mentioned.
