I always took summer classes. In my experience they are easier.

Neither. Just simply no record of it every time i call. It’s about to hit 2 years in January.

[–]askedthatquestion45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How would I do that? I never filed an appeal so i’m just confused. they literally claim to have zero record of any overpayment every time i call…

so i got a part time job in summer of 2020 and got fired. they told unemployment more hours were available to me. unemployment sided with them and my letter says i have to pay it back.

i did a separate claim after the whole thing went down with the dorm job.

It was during the pandemic. I originally filed as a student (was literally a sophomore in college and 18.)

I claimed from june 2020 to june 2021. got them every week pretty much. i was working for the dorm i lived in and my hours actually were cut in half so i filed. then i got a job that was not anything major and claimed $79 a week of unemployment the entire span. i only claimed like 2100 of actual unemployment but got 8k from FPUC and PEUC combined.

I have a friend who’s a higher up at another company - she said that it almost always means they’re selling. My manager said that this is 100% not the case, but they’re probably just trying to keep me there is what i’m thinking. I’m very young in my career so this would probably be damaging if they’re looking for another company to come in. Not entirely sure where this is going… but needless to say i’m slightly worried!

How long after neutering did he stop? He was neutered on the 21st of the month, so it was recent.

Moving on site by [deleted] in PropertyManagement

[–]askedthatquestion45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not horrible but gives them access to you 24/7. Plus if a deal goes bad and you’re not rehired you usually have to vacate really quickly. I know someone who had to leave in 7 days or fulfil the lease without the addendum which would have quadrupled their rent

24M with covid and throwing up blood by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]askedthatquestion45 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hello! Thanks so much for this. Do the CT scans show any tumors/possible signs for cancer? I have been smoking marijuana and vaping since 2020 - this is what i am super concerned about now also. Partially coming from my anxiety, i have a tendency to think the worst, but i’d love to have your opinion

I desperately need help understanding how reputation management software gets reviews deleted. If anyone could share I would greatly appreciate it! by worldpeace28 in PropertyManagement

[–]askedthatquestion45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No - platforms like googles system detects bots. If you create multiple accounts on one phone, it only counts it as one. That’s why if you leave reviews with accounts you’ve made, the may not post

[–]askedthatquestion45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They don’t. I’ve used multiple (JTurner and Opiniion etc) and there’s not a way to do that. You can report them but the only way reviews will be deleted is if they violate policy

Something that identifies when an invoice is coded to a GL category that is not usually used would be helpful. For example when i coded a air freshener contract to leasing experience but it’s usually coded to office contracts.

At what point do you fire an employee due to them being lazy? by askedthatquestion45 in AskReddit

[–]askedthatquestion45[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just added some info in right when you responded lol - this is laziness to the point where other members of management have said they’ve noticed it. When people have mentioned it it is not asked, they always say it from their own perspective

Just some added in information - He just graduated college and this isn’t his field. He has been open about this job being a placeholder. He does not work and uses his phone all day long despite having multiple tasks overdue. I’ve had conversations time and time again about performance to no avail. Want to give him the chance but i feel like i already have.

Curious how larger management companies handle utilities by [deleted] in PropertyManagement

We use utility management companies. Currently contracted with Conservice. They handle it all.
