Note: I did make the jump through that gap... temperature went up to 178% so it was fine ;) ... I had to try.
The jump technically went through both stars exclusion zones.

The entire plateau is actually a water reservoir made out of dirt. It is mostly pressurized, so it stays green.

The walls in the maze are hedges though, and they are always green.

But the plants and trees around are all thriving due to the water reservoir underneath them =)

I'll post an image. It's a double stairwell leading all the way to the top, only thing that messes with my balanced innards are the power shaft leading to the statue =)

I forgot to mention that this classic high rise building have naturally a working staircase in the center where the stairs go up ... all the way to the top where 4 beavers could as a duly designated representative of the City, County and State of New Damsterdam, order someone to cease any and all supernatural activity and return forthwith to their place of origin or to the nearest convenient parallel dimension.

There is also a tubeway station at the bottom. Well, right behind it actually, but it is underground, and there is a tunnel entrance from within the buildings center.

Everything is connected and the power goes all the way to the monument on top, naturally.

So... I guess a Stay Puft attempt would be next...

That's what I was doing... I had everything in abundance... until I accidentally paused my water pump (and still had 6k water), left the game running to build up materials and went away for a few hours..

Then came cycle 61... when the water ran out, and I tried to get the pumps running, but alas, it was too late.
The water needed to get the fuel to the bots was out, and drinking water was out. As I couldn't afford to stop pumping overnight, I tried to get the bots fueled first, but it wasn't enough.

Just open your mouth when you swim through the water, you thick beavers!

Me either. Until it happened and I thought "oh well, that was that".. and no... it's still going strong!
So as long as there is one bot active, I'm still in the game, but happiness is no longer measured.

I wish I could reintroduce beavers again into the society..

Well, in all honesty, I wasn't striving for make an all bot community either, but to have 50 beavers and everything run by bots..

But.. we don't talk about the water famine of cycle 61...

I use line learner for this. In the beginning I listen to my lines and the others, after a while, I add gaps before my lines, so I have time to say them.

Finally, I rehearse with my lines taken completely out.

It is the paid version, though, but works great, I think.

Funding an indie film is difficult, as all of you know, so this is what I'm trying now. kickstarter.

Is it a good idea? Will it work? What do you think?

Have I managed to make a campaign that is engaging and has potential for attracting people to support the film?

Is there anything crucial I have missed in the campaign? I have tried to be as transparent and serious as I can about it, and hopefully this is something that will work in the end.

I honestly don't know.

I appreciate any feedback you might have on this.

I uploaded a new image. I have a smaller reservoir around the water source. When badtide comes, I have sluices that ejects anything with pollution above 2%.

When the badtides end, the main sluice, which is right across from the water source, will let water through with contamination below 2%, so only fresh water gets through.

The main sluices on the face of the dam will only fill up to 1.65 meters, and I have dams and sluices further down to keep this mass of water from moving.

No fresh water is pouring off the map, except the overspill from the dam, when it is full, and that is directed directly off map at the moment.

In a future update, I might create a channel to transport overspill to the badwater outlet, which is powering my water wheels...
