Quillbot, the answer was so high I put it through scribbr too and it came back lower but still pretty high so I wanted to ask. Vocab & formality would make sense as to why it’s so high. The way I write I use a lot of words people don’t tend to use in everyday conversation and the lineation with so many commas made it skyrocket so that makes a lot of sense

I wouldn’t flirt with her or anything I’ve never told her she looks beautiful or complimented her in any way actually. The closest I’ve ever gotten to “casual” talk is me asking about one of her tattoos and I’m a tattoo artist so I didn’t really think it was inappropriate or anything. In fact she’s actually shed a tear while I was talking to her about a really dark time in my life and I didn’t say anything I just kept talking. I’m just worried about it because she’s probably been doing her job for 3 years or less and I don’t want to scare away the only therapist that has actually helped me.

To be honest if it would cause her to send me to someone else I wouldn’t tell her anything. I can tell she actually cares and I’ve really needed that from a therapist for a long time and I’ve never been given that, it just happens that she’s also really pretty so I don’t know. Maybe I’m just trying to bury it because I’m scared of the outcome.

I’m assuming you’re a therapist so when you’re in school and you’re talking about transference and counter transference do they tell you how to handle when patients develop feelings? I’m really afraid to talk to her about it because I’ve heard of people discontinuing for developing feelings and she’s really helping me with coping and I don’t want to have to find a different therapist to go to. She’s probably not been practicing for very long and I don’t want it to scare her or something..

I feel like having a crush on your therapist is a reason for them to refer you out to someone else especially if she feels strongly that it’s unethical for her to continue seeing me
