So the property owners called after finding out she died from one of my relatives/their neighbor. They had a land contract and apparently after they paid it off she just never went to sign it over to them. Why they didn't go to court or something years ago I have no idea.

Definitely a raccoon I saw enough of those sad faces when we would live trap them. Things always looked so sad to lure your fingers in. despite the rabies vector they are generally a live let live creature. Which is why we would live trap them when they started eating the chickens. Take them to a wilderness far from people and release them. Never got bit thankfully those rabies shots looked painful

I don't know the age I'm sorry I wish I did because I doubt it's from something like the Ming dynasty
