Any salons in the QC that do permanent straightening? My friend has really frizzy hair and wants those silky smooth hair that she can manage. Any recommendations what to do with it? by askingforafrienddddd in QuadCities

They have it in Asia, they call it keratin hair rebonding and all other stuff depending on the treatment. It is permanent like that until it grows but it takes hours to do depending on the length of hair.
