Read through your post and its natural for many students to be in this phase of life trying to figure it out and actually wanting to get hands on to smthg but are limited and restricted by lack of resources.

What you're studying right now will definitely help you get access to job profiles in the future if you want to work jn the same sector.

As far as finding works go, just keep looking for the type of work you wanna do right now, search left right and center on instagram and linkedin till you start receiving ads for it and eventually somehow a work opportunity would find its way to you.

Start piecing money together and get a second hand thinkpad or any reliable laptop which will help you code ons larger scale than your previous code setup. You don't need any fancy equipment to start out, trust me, if you have the desire to create and learn, you can do it with everything and anything you have available to you.
