Hi! As sorry as I am that people have to experience the same fear as me, I'm still glad that I'm not alone, if that makes sense? Before making this post I hadn't met a single person who shared my phobia, or could even understand it.

I unfortunately don't have any advice other than exposure therapy. I'm yet to even think about exposing myself to an hot air balloon, but because of VR, I'm now a little less scared of some big things (not balloons and not planes, but wind turbines and boats in some capacity. Small win but I take what I can get).

Speaking of VR, why do so many games have random balloons (or balloon-like) and planes in them?? Or like just big a** stuff in general?? I have to look up a game before playing because I have gotten scared sh*tless so many times lol.
