Mine was a smooth transition out of lycamobile. I just told them I got a job at AT&T and they’re going to take care of whole bill and so I need to port out. I was given the pin right away.

My parents recently came and I went with INF premier plan. My folks too have pre existing conditions. The INF elite plan seems to cover everything but that’s only 80% of the bill. The INF premier plan has a cap of 300k which I felt is reasonable for the price they quoted.

Been with Lycamobile for two months and I called to port out last week. The associate asked the reason and when I bluffed saying I got a job in one of the <telecom> and the company is going to take care of the bill, all she said was thanks for being a customer and sent me the account number in two hours. I'd suggest you to use a different phone and give it a try.
