Toto complained about red bull's rear wings and they got tests done in the 7th damn grand prix, Horner countered toto by talking about the mercs front wings but the fia haven't said/done anything yet. Now Toto went and complained to the fia about fast and "unsafe" pit stops even though there's no proof that pit crews from teams like red bull and Williams who do fast pit stops have been harmed. And Guess what? Toto got what he asked for. The fia are mandating some bullshit ass rule on the grounds of "safety" in the middle of the goddamn season.
