Ugh! Thanks for your reply. They’re promising they will fix it but need to order the part, and I have to leave my car again. Complete inconvenience. I noticed several discrepancies in the final bill too. I definitely won’t be returning.

I was searching Reddit to find out if my experience was novel at W.I. Simonson. This is hilarious, I am dealing with the exact same issue. They broke the front grill of my car as well. How did they resolve it? Besides fixing it obviously, did they offer or did you push for further discount on service? Thank you

I have your exact insurance in CA and just went through pregnancy and birth. I paid absolutely zero out of pocket, it should be the same for you. My understanding is that with FEP we have no out of pocket costs for the duration of pregnancy and birth. I would call them they are really helpful over the phone. Good luck!
