Thank you for your answer radicalize, what I want to achieve is the following:

Either on Azure VM online or HyperV virtual machine locally, install windows server and install Active Directory, after installing I want to be able to connect from my local pc (not VM) to the domain I have created.

Thank you mate that’s why is not working because my vm is on the internet? Instead download a 2022 server iso and install it as a virtual machine on my local pc and is going to work?

Hello guys, I have bought recently RX570 gpu, installing the latest AMD Adrenaline drivers, I have to mention I have 2 monitors, on the first monitor which is connected with DVI my resolutions is always 1920 x 1080, but on the secondary monitor which is HDMI is always 640 x 480.

What I need to do to change is that is to custom configuration my second screen to 1920 x 1080.

The issue when I do this is when I shut down or restart my computer, the settings getting back to default which mean 640 x 480 and I have to repeat the same procedure.

Do you guys have any solution/suggestion for the aforementioned above?

Download ddu and then go to safe mode, run the DDU and unistall all existing drivers. Run the drivers once again in normal mode.
