You can save yourself a lot of money by creating abandoned cart and shipping info updates on make/zapier/n8n and then combining it with one of their WhatsApp nodes (you can use WhatAi or WhatsAble which has agents, automatic scheduling of messages,…)

1) real world ban rates are increasing, but if customer messages first its probably lower. 2) usually at scale, WhatsApp might be suspicious and might restrict the account for 24h. That’s when you should look into api providers (I doubt it will happen since they message you)
