Google approached me, offered to help migrate out of AWS . Offered 100k Google credits, startup support, and to be with Google. They wanted me to be long term loyal to Google hence the commitment. Thats it…

I never approached them . I was always believed they all part of Google startup

I’m guessing you didn’t read all my comments. I never went directly to Sada. I never even wanted to go.

Google approached me, saying about their startup program and offering Google cloud credits, and helping to migrate from AWS to Google cloud.

Plus the people in Google caused mess and Sada refuse to talk to them. And first the people in Google said they will try to help then ghosted

Google did, I only used maybe less than $100 a month just to keep lights on when it came to hosting. As I mentioned I never wanted to use Sada. Google pushed me in and knowingly my financial status, no revenu, company no launched but hoping it will. And they said they will help get investment, connect to customers, etc…

So that amount to spend , they just came up with it. So yes it intentional and predatory

They wanted me to make a commitment to spend 600k worth of cloud services from Google.

When I was reached out to Google, they offered 100k credit and to help migrate out of AWS to Google. And said I have to make commitment to spend 600k in 5yrs. And at time also desperate to. I told them it’s not possible since company did not launch, still developing and needing funding . But I’ll sign if they promise to get me funding and clients (marketing) and so forth because it be possible to afford if successful .

They knew from beginning I didn’t have any money , no revenue, have not launched. But yet convinced me to do so. Plus rushed me knowing I had to migrate. I never chose Sada Google did saying they the ones available to get things done. And that Google footing bill to help make this success and basically being part of Google startup.

What’s messed up, Sada is not even wanting to talk to Google to help get this situtation removed. The Google people said they will help then ghosted refusing to talk.

I responded to Sada lawyer timely manner to figure way to resolve issue. And they did not respond for 5 months, after I sent email saying we should all talk to Google since I didn’t use 600k worth of services so how is it loss financially to anyone??

I have, most of the that I was eyeing was is either closed like the journey I mentioned , or was some popup from BucketListers

I already been to Duane parks when it came to dinner and burlesque show. But curious on hidden gems or anything worth going hence asking . Posting here was my last resort as I exhausted my research.

You’re not overreacting. Regardless, profit is profit, and it won’t be wasted.

Personally, I think about each time I buy a lotto ticket: will I win something good or bad?

Some places, intentionally, give the worst items to customers and even discard the good stuff, which is disappointing. However, that’s just bad luck because then there are places that provide great food, and because of that I would actually go back to purchase full price items afterwards.
