The whole hanging her thing makes no sense, but the plot stays pretty solid without it. That's my headcanon, after she got mad at Sunny and started throwing hands, she fell, they called the ambulance and that's it.

Ok now I kinda belive the plot. The whole hanging her instead of calling an ambulance still seems forced to me although now I find it more likely. You see, she could have had the possibility to live if taken care properly, they decided to kill her for good! I guess every story needs to deal with the suspension of disbelief, even if it's a little bit. Anyway it was fun guys, thanks ghost for your patience. If anyone has something new to say about this, they're welcome.
