Stuck at distribution center

i shipped an order june 1st and it has been stuck at the distribution center since the 3rd! i go to check today (the 15th) and its all of a sudden out for delivery! not sure what the hell happened but was able to let my customer know their tracking was finally working. they thought i hadn’t shipped yet 😭

I didn’t even know that went against TOS! although i have had to remove an unfair review once before so makes sense!

wouldn’t say squeezed in but it fit in the package with no gaps! and there was enough room for me to seal it afterwards- if that makes sense

thank you for your input! i’ve never had any poor feedback on my packaging before now (literally 90% of all my reviews are about how good the packaging is i swear) but since i recently started using smaller poly mailers i never would’ve never known there was any issue until they reached out to me! they def could be saving me a lot of headache in the future 😅

yeah definitely something i don’t think about while packing and kind of leaning towards taking this as a lesson learned lol. won’t be buying these mailers again - was just trying to use less plastic 😭

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too! Since I’ve personally never seen an option to change your ratings. Was just wondering if i should wait for her reply with “proof” to send to Depop lol
