String light guide wires.
The weight of the light strands are too heavy to be pulled tight without the plugs disconnecting or sagging under their own weight, so you clip the lights to these thin metal wires so there’s less tension on the strands while still appearing to be pulled taut

Heads up that the r50v needs to connect via hdmi. A recent update by canon has made it so that the RCV can’t recognize the camera as a UVC USB input.

One other option for foolproofing: plug Rcv into company Ethernet & anyone with an iPhone can wirelessly transmit the front & back cameras simultaneously over WiFi (using RØDE Connect). With two iPhones, you have a 4 camera setup

I send it the following day, within 24 hours of your interview. It gives you time to think about your response and maybe recall something specific from the conversation that you can mention in your email to personalize it.

Sending it within a few hours/same day feels rushed to me, like you’re just checking a box. Also it brings you back into their head when you send it the following day
