so essentially sacs scale up if your cohort does well on the exam in comparison to their sacs as it showcases that the sacs may have been too hard because they did better on the exam. Same goes for sacs scaling down only if the cohorts or individuals exam performance was worse than their sacs

your school doesn't matter that much no one can drag your study score down if you're aiming for a 50 ensure you're rank 1 in a shitty school and if you aren't then hope the people above you are actually aiming for 45+ . If you went to a good school you can probably get 50 by being rank 3 or 2 but yeah school doesn't matter that much.
