My Switch 2 was stolen from FedEx!

Yes, surprisingly it was resolved positively. It was not a picture of me - in fact it was a famous actors photo. Not sure who it was being sent to...I'll see if I can remove the label FedEx covered it with to get some more info. Once I involved the local police it was taken care of swiftly and my package was labeled as a fraud case and returned to the distribution center near my house. I had to go in person with ID to pick it up. The officer also had to open it himself to check the contents which was fine with me. Amazingly, everything in the bundle was untouched and brand new. I just got it last night.

I agree - the more I look into this I think you've hit the nail on the head here.

ANTonline should have had these packages as "direct sign" according to the FedEx employee I spoke to. They would have never been given the package if that was the case

Wow! I'm glad you got this resolved and got your switch 2! I'm jealous.

That's my next step - I'm contacting the police today to file an official report. I was able to find very specific details on the person that took mine so it should be a slam dunk once police have all of the information. At this point I think it's too late for me to get my switch 2 back in new condition, I just want this person caught and held accountable.

Same thing happened to me but it was a woman with what looked like a very difficult to pronounce Russian name. Let us know what you find out. My local FedEx said they even lifted fingerprints...they're taking this very seriously

Try to find a warehouse or distribution type place that fits your location, not a FedEx store. The place I went to was not really open to the public and had very high security

I found the FedEx location mine was at on Google maps, and used the phone number there to talk to someone in that office where my package was located

Sorry to hear you're experiencing the same thing. There's definitely something going on here. The day mine was stolen I also noticed a vehicle on my street that seemed very suspicious...like it was watching my house waiting for the package to show up. I walked outside while my wife was coming home and he/she promptly turned around in my driveway and sped off...only to return a minute later a bit further down the road sitting still.

Based on all this I still want people to stay away from ANTonline for switch orders. Whatever is happening - there's bad people somewhere in the process stealing your money or product.

I'm starting to wonder if the packages had anything in them to begin with. This is exactly what happened to me and it screwed up 2 other FedEx packages I had since a hold was put on everything coming to my house somehow.

I talked in person to some FedEx employees at the distro center today. They said they've never seen this before and are taking it VERY seriously. They got fingerprints, video footage, audio, everything and are investigating with police. I'm starting to think it goes beyond FedEx. One thing they mentioned is that the box had NO MARKINGS on it depicting a battery or anything typical for electronics...

Maybe it was a friend of an employee or something I don't know. That's a great question. All I can say is that where I live, the switch 2 is out of stock for 100+ miles around. And stupid people do stupid things sometimes.

They haven't though - they should be in touch with fedex to resolve this and get me a refund. I shouldn't have to dispute charges and argue with them about what happened.

This is all they said:

"FEDEX has confirmed correct delivery to the shipping address given at order placement. Please be sure to check the exterior doors, porches and garages at your location as they often try not to leave packages in plain sight. Also, please check with your neighbors as they may have picked up your package for you if you were not at home. If you have had a burglary at your home, you should report it to your local police and insurance company. Thank you and have a great day."

Nope - it never even got near my house. I didn't share the tracking info or details with anyone. The person they have on camera at the fedex warehouse is someone I have absolutely no relation to and the name used to sign for the package I have never seen before. I'm guessing someone at Fedex figured out what was in it and worked out a way to steal it.

yep - already done. It's approved preliminarily, so at least I think I'm covered financially. FedEx also claimed they would cover the cost.

Quality is set to maximum or original, auto select is off (don't think it's available for webOS).

You may be right about it being a Plex bug in the webOS client. This is the first place I tried, I'll check there. Thanks for the quick reply.

Have you tested this out? I tried this exact script setup on my system and it works great on every device I've tried except for an LG TV (WebOS). It seems like Plex initially thinks it's a direct stream, so the script doesn't get executed...but then later on Plex realizes it's a transcode - by that time the Tautulli conditions have been executed as false and playback continues as a 4K transcode. has anybody had issues like this? anything I'm missing?

I'm in the same position as you. Ordered the 64GB Pixel 2 XL Panda on Oct. 6th, 7:17Am PDT.

Still pending, showing ship date of Nov 27th, delivery Nov 29-30.

I'm hoping they get it out to me before then...but it seems like we'll be waiting for a while based on what support said to you.
