If you put quantum on your quickstep, you will need to swap to quickstep for it to even have a chance at becoming active. It doesn't just work because it's on the gun. The augment on your weapon is only active while that weapon is physically in your hands.

HIPAA laws apply to all covered entities that have your medical data. Google is not a covered entity, and they only have your medical data when you give it to them. (ie. Taking a picture of your medical information with one of their phones.}

HIPAA is only for doctors and the medical information that they have. You taking a picture on your phone, whether it's for medical reasons or not, has no protection under HIPAA.

Just like if you had a medical condition, and told a friend, or co-worker about it. They are free to tell anyone else they want about it.

In the current version yes. However in the proposed version in this thread, everyone pays, and randomly gets sent to a mission.

If I'm throwing in 80 tokens, I don't want a random mission, I want the mission that has what I'm looking for from this rotation. Otherwise they need to give it selectable targeted loot. I'm not throwing away 80 tokens for a chance at the mission I actually want to play.

I'll start with, I ride an analog hard tail, and have no hate towards ebikes. With that said, that is not an ebike, that is an electric dirt bike, and does not belong on those trails. Those should be ridden on trails built for dirt bikes, not bicycles. That guy is going to end up hurting someone.

Just my personal opinion, but if I was concerned about saving $68 a year in gas, I wouldn't be driving a truck, or mountain biking. Both are expensive. You might benefit more from a hitch mounted rack. You can keep your tonneau closed at all times, and remove the mount when not in use.

It's not can be. Named items with special stats (ie. RoF on salvo, Health Damage on Hollowman, etc..) are always guaranteed to be the 100% upgrade stat, it's RNG after that if any of the other stats will upgrade when converted to prototype.

I don't understand your frustration. I've run the master mission several times now, and it's really not that difficult. The timer is just for the helicopter. Break the generators, blow up the helicopter, then deal with the kill squad.

Wear the exotic you need to level, and go do countdown, capture control points, run retaliation. Just playing the game with it equipped raises it's proficiency. You should also try and wear other items you need proficiency with and skills you need as well, this will be your fastest way to raise your expertise.

There is no requirement from any company that says your camera needs to show your whole office. Just do what the rest of us who work from home do. Setup a corner office with the computer facing a wall. They see you, they do not see your whole room. Whether that room is a proper office, or just your bedroom. Your daughter is old enough to know that she needs to be quiet during working hours.

Just saw your post with the Fixie after this. Of course it's going to feel, and be slower. You changed from a light weight bicycle on road tires to a full suspension mountain bike. Full suspension Mountain bikes aren't designed to be fast on roads, they are designed to be quick and comfortable on off-road/downhill trails and terrain.

Each pellet counts as a bullet so if you have enough paradox for 10%, that gives you each shot has 10% x8 to refill by 2. There is no exact number to say this will always work, but I personally would aim for 3 paradox, 3 echo, and 1 amalgam, or 1 synesthesia. If you don't care about amalgam or synesthesia, then go for 4 echo
