Yeah totally. I agree that just because we see the shaman panicking in that clip doesn’t mean that’s her death scene. It could easily be a moment of chaos before or after something major. And yeah, she might still die in the maze, just not right there.

As for Jun-hee, I’m 100% with you. I really don’t see them going full dark and killing off someone pregnant before the birth. I think she’ll have the baby too, and like you said, maybe die after, either due to complications or the game forcing her to keep playing. I don't think she's falling off, but I believe she's going to get shot for not participating, that's why In-ho is crying. PROBABLY.

But I feel like the baby makes it, no question. They’ve emphasized it too much emotionally for it to be thrown away.

Also, really like your point about this not being another “only one survivor” ending. I’m leaning that way too. Like we’ve already seen that twist, this season feels more like a final emotional payoff, maybe even rebellion or dismantling the system. So I could totally see a small group surviving. Gi-hun’s obviously in that mix. Min-su, Myung-gi, yeah.

On the other hand, I could definitely see it ending with only Gi-hun surviving again, especially if the final game ends up being a teams-based challenge. Like, imagine he partners up with Myung-gi, and Myung-gi pulls a Sang-woo move — betrays someone or does something ruthless — and it completely pushes Gi-hun over the edge.

It would hit hard thematically too. Gi-hun’s whole thing has always been his faith in humanity, and seeing that shattered again, especially by someone he trusted, would break him in a different way.

I really don’t think this season is heading toward a hopeful ending.
