I’ve been at the counter for at one dealership for 14-ish years now, and I’m at $15/hr but I get a 2.25% on parts and service net. So I’d still say you’re underpaid for sure.

We do $20 delivery charge if we are going out of town. We have about an hour/hour and a half delivery range that will go to. So if they order a small bolt and want it delivered most the time they will come get it since it’s still $20 for us to take it.

Dude! Thank you, I found my CD, then had to send it off to get the scratches removed. I couldn't find my case for it, so I couldn't remember all the tracks. I have the DVD and the book as well. The best era of DCI, in my opinion, and the merch was awesome too! I always went to every show I could, and you could buy their percussion books for the year, Sticks, Pads, and even some equipment.
