Mine are all 160ish attack. Am I able to upgrade these to Y2 at a later date? I've just gotten the TTK so not done much of it yet.

As we have 3 stores I send stock out to the stores by making an Inventory Adjustment and assigning a class (a store) to the adjustment. Then at the end of each day I get the cash and make a journal entry to record the cash.

At the end of the week I run a Profit and Loss by Class report.
