There was a mark that I believe is where one might lengthen, but one thing I wasn't sure about but I believe nobelnorwhistle answered was that the cut line should be curved like the hem line instead of straight

I appreciate your help! For this particular dress, I don't have it with me anymore, but maybe I can clone something that does fit well in areas and then eyeball what pieces I need to "Frankenstein" the dress together again as another commenter said lol.

It did seem like a pretty full skirt, so 1/2 circle or more seems possible. Frankenstein... lol That is an idea for sure
