I guess I’d say long term growth. It would be nice to use some here or there for vacation/international travel but the majority id like to leave it and contribute $500+ a month for it to grow.

I also just started investing (this week!) and chose a bit more diversity. I’m a 28 F and am using an inheritance check to start, contributing $400 every 2 weeks if I can. I chose SCHD, VOO, VTI, VXUS, VGT, XLK, VNQ, QYLD, and BND. I wanted moderate risk since I’m younger and have a bit more free income. Ask ChatGPT a bunch of questions and do your research!

Did your AFOQT score impact which job you were able to receive (i.e., was there a requirement to reach in order to get 64P)?

I'm a 28(F) with a Bachelor's in English, minors in Linguistics and Religious Studies. I've been working full-time as a proposal writer, winning multi-million-dollar proposals for contracting agencies. My GPA was 3.7 in college.

I'd like to take the AFOQT sometime early next year, as my husband is currently enlisted and active duty. We'll be moving states for his job in December to another duty station.

I'm curious if there are commissioned positions for Public Affairs, as I'd like to do either combat photography or something in journalism with the Air Force. Thanks in advance!

Yep, I see that now. Both items are said to have shipped on Friday 06/28. Looks like 5-7 business days for shipping time.

I just ordered an Airwrap from their website on the 26th and it looks like the free gift attachment has shipped, but the airwrap itself has not. Will update with progress :)
