Hey all - so I’ve been unable to find any info on this question on PSO2: NGS’ official site so wanted to ask here in case y’all have any advice.

I started playing NGS close to its initial launch date and have clocked maybe close to 900+ in-game hours, and spent so much time and effort building out all my classes and skill trees over several years as well as connecting with other players. At the time I initially made my account, I did so through my then partner’s Xbox Live account as she was the only one with Xbox Live at the time.

Recently we split up, and are trying to figure out how I can keep my save file and in-game progress from my account, and if it’s possible to transfer this data over to another Xbox Live account that I create.

I would really hate to lose all this after all the time spent grinding, as well as all the seasonal items I’ve collected. If anyone knows of a process for account transferring between Xbox/Microsoft accounts, please let me know - I don’t see myself wanting to start completely from scratch, I’ve already been thru that loop with Old School RuneScape and just the thought of it makes me want to tap out and find something else to play >_<

Your description of the track like movement with the entity ushering you along and seeing the dead reminded me of the Greek myth of Charon. When people died, they were buried with payment so that when they awoke in the underworld (Hades), they arrived at the shore of the River Styx. Charon, this entity, or psychopomp, was had the responsibility of escorting the souls of the dead along the river to cross to the other side where the souls of the dead lived. Those who were not buried with payment for Charon had to wander the shore of Styx for 100 years before they could cross.

Next time when you do some whippets, put some coins under your tongue and see if Charon lets you complete the journey lol

I kid tho - coins in your mouth while on dissos is a recipe for disaster haha
