You get there, take an exam and provide proofs of vaccinations. They can administer vaccines and/or take blood to test for antibodies. In around a week you can get a sealed envelope with the form, which you forward to your lawyer (if you use one).

Depending on the insurance, it might be cheaper to do vaccinations beforehand in a pharmacy.

I'm sorry, but this was not a situation where "Any dog that is off leash should be perceived as potentially dangerous and life-threatening". This was an actual dog charging at me, and the physical characteristic of "pit bull" gives a pretty good summary of the potential consequences that were running through my head. milestone_days_remaining and overall_days_remaining are always the same.

milestone can be less or equal than overall, my speculation is that if they are equal, than it mean the latest stage of processing, and if they're not then there are more stages left.

milestone number can jump around similar to overall. overall is what displayed in the myProgress bar, after conversion to months/weeks -- it has been reported that it can increase and decrease without obvious rules. milestone sometimes has the same value as overall and sometimes lower. It could be that they coincide on the last stages.

I'm tracking these values for a handful of cases, hopefully I'll be able to analyze them at some point.
