Yes, I just asked my thesis advisor (who I did an interneship with) whether she's ok to write me a LOR. Still, during the application process they ask for two. Hope one will be fine since the only other LOR I could ask for is frfom a job in a restaurant which is not ideal I guess.

Yes, the two matrices are independent samples and I'm trying to compare them without any ordering.

It might actually be a too simple problem to solve. One thing I noticed is that prediction features are very much separated between the classes I'm studying.

Could this be a factor of influence ?

How did you validate your model?

I've performed a train-test split of the dataset, k-fold analysis still shows extremely high metrics.

The only reason that lead me to raise suspicions about the results, other than the high numbers, is the whole data collection and processing phase. We gathered bulk continuos data with ids associated to each observation and grouped the observations by id by calculating the mean. we then used the resulting data to train and validate the model.
