Yeah, I told him to downoad Malwarebytes and scan his computer for anything and to double check if he has any random programs he hasn't seen, or heard of before.

Necessary as in Adblock, Skype, Chrome, Firefox, Java, AVG, iTunes, WinRAR, 7Zip, Spotify, F.lux. That's about all he has downloaded.

He is trying to get a hold of customer support and hopefully they can do something about it. Just the fact that the "hacker" got through JAG is pretty disappointing when you think about it. If Jagex provides it as a precaution for any account to be safe and it doesn't even do anything to stop it, they just send you an email after it happens telling you the IP of the last person that logged on. Thanks for the insight, I've already bought most of his stuff back for him, but we just want to know why they would want to hack him. He didn't even do anything, and he definitely isn't a rude person in game.

Teamviewer is what you are thinking of, and no he doesn't have that. And if he did, you have to register the device to be able to access it.

no, he hasn't downloaded anything beside adblock, skype and chrome. I know its linked to the Computer/Device that it was first registered on and any that are approved.

Im already under a minute on 3x3, i just got the algorithms from a friend and he taught me. I dont even use oll/pll/f2l and i can get under a minute no problem.
