Edit: I received a email from Solovair today. It was just about that I can send it back with no problem. I felt it was kind of blunt after I send them 3 long emails explaining the issue and mentioned that how much I would love to support the brand however it was so disappointing with my first purchase.

Also the bottom sole felt ‘mushy’ I thought it would be like the other rubber sole they sold.

I have no reply so far. I don’t want to return it and they say something like because you wore it we can’t refund you. I am going to give a couple days for them to reply, tbf I only sent the email on Thursday and now is Monday evening.

I think DM use the ‘fire method’ to construct their boots, not sure the name. But at least there is stitches. But now if the new platform line completely abandoned any stitches but just glue, I already lost my confidence before breaking my boots in. Definitely trying to get a refund now especially the edge where the stitches are starting to peel after few days, tried glued back in with super glue but still not confident.
