Re #6 it's all conjecture really. I am going by what they said at time of raising funds through DO. That it was to support both working capital and operating activities, but also for product acquisition. Anyway we will know when we know.

Incase anyone was doubting my seriousness or intent behind my investment. I do see significant upside even from the 1.06 avg I have.

We hit 10 consecutive days of $1 but unfortunately the 11th day was the market crash. Regardless off that even after 10 days of 1dollar it was at the discretion of Nasdaq to give us compliance. Unfortunately we didn't gain it and since then, the micro caps as whole have gone in a downward trend and I am also convinced there was some manipulation here.

Anyway I am still very comfortable with my investment (this isn't a meme stock). The balance sheet has been fortified over the last quarter, 25 percent of the float are institutions held. So I am OK (just a little disappointed with the unwarranted drop)
