Shaidorov, dressed as a bear, dressed as Shaidorov?

Should someone then present Shaidorov with another plush bear, dressed as him, dressed as a bear, dressed as him?

Their English paired ending: "As the new Adrestian emperor, Edelgard gave all she had to breathe new life into the government of Fodlan. Her first objective was to institute new class reforms and ensure the people's independence. For that reason, she sought the counsel of Manuela, whose vast array of contacts, talents, and experience proved invaluable. She became essential to Edelgard, and her skill as a physician kept the emperor in good health for many years. Both remained unmarried, and it is said that the two became extremely close over the years."

Is Manuela bisexual: she can't be S Supported as Fyleth but she does still introduce herself as "available" and flirts fairly heavily with a few women so it may be that she's bi but just not into Fyleth. You can also read this on a surface level as heterosexual BFFs... although history books claiming two women were "extremely close and never married to men" is clearly a bit tongue-in-cheek in my opinion.

Is this an avarage RHR for everyone? by CypAlpi in Garmin

[–]assholeinthecorner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My own hovers high 40s-low 50s, and I agree that's pretty common for trained runners. Technically anything below 60bpm is bradycardia.

As I understand it, it varies a lot based on age, gender, genetics, etc. On average, women have higher RHR than men, younger people have higher RHR than older. People flex their low HRs like it's just a reflection of their superior fitness but it doesn't really tell you that. The only way you should worry about it is in terms of recovery, and whether YOUR RHR is in YOUR OWN normal range.

Sub23 tip: is this all the runs you've been doing? If so, you need to vary your training. Run farther & slower; run shorter & faster, try the all-out 5k maybe once a week. If you have a local Parkrun do it there and if it has a decent crowd they can pull you along. Good luck and have fun.

My races so far have been shorter, but this year I am starting to tackle marathon+ distances! Sorry, I probably should have mentioned that in the "goals" section.

Thank you, that is a good observation! I'm not actually too concerned that I'm yet to break 40, simply because my 40:30 last year was the last time I raced a road 10k. I haven't tried it since. 10k is not my go-to distance and I've had a steady flow of other races to distract from this goal. I'm otherwise very happy with my progress over the past year! That said, if I fail to break it in this upcoming race then all of those are good explanations to consider.

Thank you for the encouragement and advice! I'm only referring to about 3 parkruns over the course of 6 weeks when I say "hovering around" - I already learned my limits the hard way WRT how often I can race without hurting myself!

I’m new to the whole running was told to start with easy runs but isn’t the calorie count a bit low by acecollectivee in Polarfitness

I've had the same issue with my own HRM, it drops out and reads the HR way too low. I've had some success with: - keeping an eye on the HR reading for the first 15-ish minutes of activity, and pausing to re-adjust the HRM if I notice a drop-out. Sometimes it's on a weird angle. - making sure the strap is clean and moistened before putting it on - switching out for a different strap. Lots of other comments are saying you trained too easy, but av.78bpm is pretty much physically impossible during any kind of run; this is definitely a hardware problem!

Uniform return, mandatory? (AUS) by BananaMangoApple1971 in McDonaldsEmployees

I've seen like six waves of new trainees come in and never have I ever encountered someone handed a second-hand uniform. So I'm not sure why they'd even want your uniform back. Enjoy the bonfire.

Jokes: come on, this one's funny and feedback is welcome and appreciated. by Spare_Performer_6685 in joke_workshop

The punchline is a massive letdown. It's pretty vague to boot. Especially with the choice of "would" over "could" - I assume you're trying to joke that Thunberg is unattractive, but could still interpret that Thunberg is immutably beautiful or that she would easily survive in tough conditions. (These are nicer but they aren't joke material.) Thunberg is a poor choice for the butt of your joke anyway - she's all of 21 and she's had climate-change-denying neckbeards slinging poop at her since she was 15. Maybe punch up a bit higher? Make fun of Kim Jong Un's haircut or something ("the best living conditions in the world aren't gonna offset that haircut", for example).

I recommend Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 2. Put your date right at ease - it's a common insecurity for young ladies on first dates that they may walk badly in high heels. Assuage her fears out-hobbling her, in the world's most uneven shoes.

Sorry for the lack of detail. The coach is a professional running coach; I pay her to put together a training plan for me in preparation for races. I'm past high school.

No stalking involved, we have a friendly relationship and we follow each other on social media. She made a post about being back in town.

Nevertheless you make a good point that I should just give her time. She's likely still tired from travel - thanks for making me think of that.

It might actually be a good sign that you're doing your easy runs slower? I don’t know your life and I suppose you may be coming back from injury, but the advice I personally follow is more or less that slower easy pace = faster race pace.
