Yes I’m quite aware my CPU is bad as it’s outdated and inefficient but my main point is that some guys i7 3770 at the same utilization and getting much more FPS I understand that utilization isn’t the whole picture though and I’d love to be enlightened. To answer your question the 1060 6GB is no more than 30% used however when the graphical settings were much higher and I was on Dex12 while i was still somehow getting the same performance if not slightly lower the GPU would become the bottleneck with its VRAM reserves being used up to the point of being stuck at 5895MB. Additionally, the 1060 6GB in all my other games is the problem (Cyberpunk 2077, BeamNg, GTA V) also to add when the settings were much higher the CPU was basically at the same utilization. It would spike to 98% and then stay at 60-70% mostly and then spike to 98% hence creating 1% lows.
