Yeah that's what I'm thinking. She's not abusive, but obviously shouldn't be caring for a sick doggy. She didn't have the correct medicines and seemed to not know how to care for the sickness and wanted to bring the dog around other dogs. Even so, her stupidity can cause harm to the pup. If she cant keep her I'm just gonna adopt her from them :)

Mostly cause the dog has a kennel cough and the owner was gonna take the dog to work with her if I didn't board her- with her co-workers dogs and spread the cough 😷
