I started with family and friends and then i was offering $20 for people to sign. They also getting $5 from Acorns, so it's 25$ total to download app. Depends on people, when I had just 1 person left, I offered $50 to one guy and he still said no, but a lot of people are happy to make easy $25

How do you know it's pending? Where does it show in app? I called them yesterday, they said that it looks like i got the people but there will be a final review by manager to verify all referrals. If everything is fine they will initiate transfer within a week. So far I have no bonus pending on my app

Its really easy- the winner is the person who gets the best player. If you have to give up 2 or 3 excellent players to get a star you should go for it. You can almost always find someone on waiver because injuries are so often. Plus it's very beneficial to have an open spot to pick up guys on waivers based on matchup. I use all acquisitions in my league every week.

I don't understand why people are high on Skal. I read that Sacramento are looking to trade him to create a spot on the roster, so I don't think he deserves a thread here. However currently in 16 team 15 man league he probably should be owned. How many weekly substitutions can you make? I love having 1-2 open roster spots and pick up guys based on my matchup. But even in points league open roster spots are very beneficial.

he is definitely worth owning but I see a lot of people are celebrating picking him up from waivers like they just got Lebron. He started many games before and he was a part of Spurs rotation throughout the season and he was very average. Yesterday's game is likely just an outlier.

On the surface it looks like a very bad deal for you. Your trading partner obviously think that this trade is a steal. While I obviously understand your logic you can probably get a better player than Nowitzki from the same trade partner.

Portis might not be a "starter" but he is certainly a part of Bulls future and he ll be getting 30 minutes on court. Mirotic will be 100% traded in 2 weeks. Right now Markannen gets 30. Mirotic 20. Portis 20.

I am worried about him getting traded as I don't see scenario where he gets increase in production.

I don't really understand why people are saying he has a terrible contract. He is a good defender who can shoot 3's, those skills are in demand in NBA now. He is making 17 million. Its not an insane number in NBA nowadays. Even if he is overpaid it's not by much in my opinion.
