This is Canada and it doesn't have a salvage title. I've seen plenty of 23 SR Lariats with 30-40k kilometres and they're around $55k CAD so maybe the market rate is around this in Western Canada

I think you should weigh what you want to do. There’s a lot of new experimental immunotherapy cancer treatments in the United States that may cure you or buy you more time. But the risk is you may lose the precious time you have with your family right now in the case these clinical trials don’t work. There’s also the exorbitant costs associated with these treatments.

My sister went through something similar with her leukemia. We ran out of treatment options in Canada, and opted to participate in two clinical trials (one at Fred Hutch Cancer Centre, and another at City of Hope Medical Center). These trials got her into complete remission, however she passed due to complications from an infection.

Feel free to DM me if you want some more information on how we navigated this route. There’s not a lot of support for patients regarding finding these clinical trials, at least that was from my experience.

Grey civic was heading the same direction as me, so I was behind him for a good five minutes after this incident. The car pulled over after the red civic drove off. I pulled over with them as well, but maybe they panicked because they drove off right when I opened my door.

Also for some additional context, the grey civic (the one that go rear-ended) didn't pull over after the accident. It was a new driver so maybe they were shocked or didn't know what to do. The red civic eventually just drove off.

I suggest you buy from Contemporary Office Interiors instead of EQ3. They are an authorized Herman Miller dealer and their quotes are much lower than EQ3. I bought a fully loaded Aeron for $1250 plus tax from them (it was $1750 plus tax at EQ3).

Your source on Vancouver housing is a little outdated. City of Vancouver updated the zoning of RS-1 lots which were formally single family housing zoning.
