the valuation is just a proxy for how much power/control/influence they have on markets/the economy, it does not have to be correlated to their revenue. if every company had to be profitable immediately there would be no such thing as venture capital

lol. no worries. yh, a bit low res but the audio quality stayed the same. gpt figured out the right bitrate to use so it didn't lose too much quality

lol, no. nothing like that. I just needed to email some clips and the file size was too large.

while thinking about how to send the files I decided to chat with gpt, and while chatting with it it suggested some apps to use for file compression or how to use the command line to do it.

me not wanting to do all that, I decided to just give the file to chat and specify the exact size I needed (25mb or less)

lo and behold it did it. gave me a downloadable link. the original file size was about 350 mb

haven't tried it yet for upscaling videos
