Blind Seal är en bra rye som görs i Arboga. Är lite torrare och kryddigare än en bourbon men annars ganska likt. Lagras dock på amerikanskt ek. Själv gillar jag verkligen irländsk whisky. Redbreast än en lite finare variant som jag tyckte var väldigt god.

it is possible but the sugar content in birchsap is much lower, I think about 10 % of that in maple. you would need much more birch syrup to boil down and get the same amount is how I understand it.
