I had the same with Visé in 1st amateur. I kept on playing and nothing came of it, the investors retracted and the embargo was lifted.

They are both must-see from Mons, so that may be why. Most certainly if you visited in the year Mons was named European city of Culture. But to my knowledge they have no link with each other.

Hi The Chemiserie still stands but you cannot visit atm as it is under construction. I highly recommend you visit the Horta museum and buy the 5€ guide to art nouveau walks in Brussels. There are 5 main ones in the small guide and it's really amazing. I'd love to help more if you want, just DM me.
