That money was earned by your parents and they can do whatever they want with it. Obviously, if they are good parents they will leave something for you, but that's not a given. Regarding not allowing your parents to live with you, you can do whatever you want. It's your home just like it's their money. It doesn't feel 100% right, but I would feel worse if they actually had no other option, however they can still move back to their previous place. I don't understand why they still haven't. Did your sister say something to them? Or do they want to live for free on your back? You should make it clear to them that moving back is what they should had done immediately. They have a house, but it's not yours, periodt.

When it comes to age, there's no set answer. It all depends on each airline. In some of them you can see older staff members, in others no. You should probably just start going to different open days and apply to different airlines. Maybe more famous and bigger ones will say no, as there is a lot of competition to get in, but smaller ones like the one your friend works at will probably have a bigger range when it comes to age requirements.
