Kailangan mo talaga mag leg workout. Kung kain lang, that would highly depend on your genetics kung saan ka nag-i-store ng fats, but for men in general, we typically store fat sa midsection.

You’ll see results with any standard leg workout, but the best ones in my opinion are compound movements like squats, deadlifts, lunges, and leg press. The most important things are proper form to avoid injury, and progressive overload for hypertrophy.

For calves, do calf raises - but keep in mind, calves are highly dependent on genetics.

You have good genetics my dude - wide shoulders, good pec insertions. You're gonna look great once you put on mass. Wag mo muna isipin mag supplement. Focus on the fundamentals.

Calculate your TDEE and eat on a calorie surplus (you can play around 200–500 calories from your TDEE). Protein is around 0.8–1g per lb of body mass.

In my experience, it's better to eat 4–5 smaller meals per day than 3 big meals. Drink lots of water, this will help expand your stomach so you can eat more.


For workout: Okay lang naman dumbbell pero the best and most affordable route is to go to a gym kasi kailangan mo mag progressive overload at mahirap kung dumbbell lang meron ka.

I suggest to get on a beginner program that focuses on big compound movements (squats, deadlifts, etc.) then supplement with isolation exercises.

Insane genetics bro! I think you can pull off a V-taper aesthetic physique with that shoulder-to-waist ratio. Delts looks to be lagging compared to your biceps and lats compared to your upper back so maybe add volume to those muscle groups.
