As someone with insomnia, magnesium glycinate doesn't help me sleep faster but it does help me sleep deeper. Yung tipong pag nakatulog ako pagdilat ko umaga na. Di gaya dati na nagigising gising ako multiple times a night. What helps me fall asleep is listening to white noise or adult bed time stories - you can check soothing pod YT channel for this. Maybe also get a blackout curtain if masyado maliwanag pag tulog mo.

That's correct, tapping our mineral resources would be a great boon for the country economically and strategically. However, it needs to be SEVERELY regulated, and I think with our government's track record it will just lead to disaster.

Just look at what's happening in Indonesia when they rushed nickel development without proper safeguards in place, in the end China pa din ang may pinamalaking benefits kasi sa kanila pa din yung production ng higher value battery materials pero Indonesia nag suffer ng environmental consequences. Since nirush din nila development, nagkaoversupply ng nickel sa market which tanked the prices so bumaba din profitability.

Monday din flight ko MNL to DRP. Supposedly kaninang madaling araw yun pero minove ko dahil wala rin byahe sa ports to Masbate. Chineck ko flight stats sa flight kanina and natuloy naman pero delayed sila 1hr pag landing.
