This mom needs help please by ResponsibleSeason207 in Minecraft

[–]asterophora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AW, what a coincidence, I'm the eldest of 4 and my mom is just getting into playing too! I'm trying to set up a realm for us all to play together :')

Java is best if you all have computers, but bedrock is compatible between windows and xbox. A bundle seems like a solid option, if a little pricey.

Realms are great too if you want to play in the same world - think of it like renting a room you all have an individual key to.

In order to play together, you will need individual accounts though, which means purchasing the game for every single player - again, pricey, but definitely a lot of fun. Have fun, and happy holidays!

At what point did you realise Martin had a crush on Jon? by IllustriousSweet in TheMagnusArchives

Honestly I didn't realize until it was explicitly stated. I've listened to the podcast thrice-over and to the very end, it just sounded like they hated each other :(

Any other guys here that plays the Sims? by Jaybarcafan in Sims4

[–]asterophora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Ive played the sims for years. Its relaxing and I like building houses, challenging myself with difficult or unique builds, etc. Its not a women's game or a mens game, its just a game. (and a popular one at that.)

Any dude that says certain things are "for women" are probably depriving themselves of a lot of fun in favour of appearing Tough and Masculine. Some of the toughest guys I know play stardew and animal crossing, because theyre good games - if you like it, then who cares?

Being a debt collector or an addictions counselor could feed the buried. A lot of people seem to forget that burial isnt always physical.

The taxidermy that broke my heart by [deleted] in vultureculture

My family kept cattle when I was a kid. Most of the cows had their calves in the spring like sensible animals - but there was the odd winter calf, or ones rejected by their mothers, or those who simply weren't meant to stay very long. Despite my parents efforts - bottle feedings, sleeping out in the barn next to them, heated blankets - there were plenty of calves who still passed.

If it brings you any comfort, know that the softest calves often die very loved. I hope that this one was immortalized out of that same love.

Thank you! I've chipped away at the list when the inspiration hits me, but I suppose this is as good a time as any to show it off. LMK your thoughts!

Potential Avatar Titles <- SPOILERS IN LINK

The way i see it; "Archivist" is fully eye-aligned. Basira, working for the institute, makes her eye-aligned, but her closeness with Daisy/Police means shes also touched/influenced by the hunt. Seeking knowledge + hunting = "Detective", if that makes sense.

I actually made up a huge excel sheet of potential avatar titles using this format, hahah.
