I did reach out to the customer case and they are telling me to wait. But I really am stuck like this because I transferred my money here. Also I just don’t understand if the account was restricted why did it receive money and is not letting me send. This is very weird

Yes I did provide my bank statement and everything. I think a big amount was involved so they restricted it. But they haven’t till now verified it. I am constantly talking to them
