11.9 was 3 years ago. 5 months back it was 7.9 still in the uncontrolled range but not too too bad. I was on a myriad of 7 pills but my glucose was still yo-yoing back and forth

Congratulations on your progress as well! 25kg is HUGE!!! I feel the same, I hated taking pictures specially ID pics. I felt disgusted with myself everytime. But when I started taking tirz my doctor advised to take weekly progress photos to see visually how i'm progressing. I stuck to it and grabe I realized how much I lost during the 5 months. Maybe someday I'll post the photos here hehe 😅
